The Business Manager (Female) who will be responsible for the overall Operations and the general growth of the Travel Agency.
A Top Travel and Tour Agency Stresert Services Limited Job Responsibilities
- Attending Agency’s meetings and appointments is another task
- Driving the company’s marketing policy is another responsibilities
- Follow up on debtors. Supervise the recovery unit and pursue all the outstanding payments due to the Companies
- Follow up on loan repayments to avoid default
- Implementation of the budgets
- Keeping Agency’s records and accounting
- Liaise with Bank account officers to ensure smooth operations with the banks.
- Monitor and ensure prompt invoicing of executed jobs
- Monthly Operations & Marketing Report
- Prepare Annual budgets with the MD/CEO
- Prepares Weekly and Monthly Marketing Call Plan is you duty
- Prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints is what you will need to do
- You are responsible for planning company’s budget
- You are to Design operational plan for the company
- You are to develop strategies to achieve visibility for the Company
- You are to develop strong and enduring personal relationship with decision makers of existing clients and potential clients.
- You need to generate enough income to defray all Agencies and take care of all expenses
- You will be responsible for recruiting the best hands for the company
- You will be the Overall in management of the Travel Agency
- Your job is to Ensure actualization of business targets
- Your responsibility is identifying business opportunities, resolving issues and managing crisis
- Your work is to Supervise the daily activities of the Company
